Last updated: February 2026 - Pixie Creative - Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Pixie Creative is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

01

Our Commitment

Pixie Creative strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as required under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

02

Current Status

Our website scores 93 out of 100 for Accessibility, 96 out of 100 for Best Practices, and 100 out of 100 for SEO on Google PageSpeed Insights. We are actively working to improve mobile performance and resolve remaining minor accessibility alerts.

03

Known Limitations

We are currently aware of the following minor issues we are working to resolve: missing page region landmarks on some pages, and heading structure improvements on select pages. These do not significantly impact the ability to use or navigate the site.

04

What We Have Done

We have ensured sufficient colour contrast across the site, provided alt text on images, ensured the site is keyboard navigable, used semantic HTML elements throughout, and set the correct language attribute on all pages.

05

Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any barriers or need content in an alternative format, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within a reasonable timeframe.
